Flabulous to Fabulous! Week 1, Day 0

The first day of our getting healthy plan! Matt and I are geared up to go tomorrow. We are planning on starting the couch to 5k plan which will take 9 weeks to complete, and will be tracking what we eat and drink every day. I can't speak for Matt, but I am eager to try to avoid the obesity that seems to run in my family by creating a healthier lifestyle for myself now. Hopefully writing about our experences every day will help keep us on track. I'm psyched.
